Second half was really strange Newbury Stags to their credit came out and defended well and although Milton Keynes worked at the same rate failed to add to their 40 points first half tally, in the last 15 minutes Newbury Stags camped in the Milton Keynes line and tried to batter their way through for a consolation try, but the Milton Keynes defence was rock solid and failed to yield to this attack which lasted a good 5 minutes Milton Keynes finally eased
the pressure with a penalty kicked for touch and that`s how the game finished.
