Unfortunately there is not a lot to be said about this result, except that Milton Keynes, did the same as many clubs in giving Slough a bit of beating.
Milton Keynes scored 12 trys throughout the game, Dan Pearson just returned from a one and half season away at Leighton Buzzard, opened his first team debut with 5 tries, 2 in the first half and 3 in the second half.
Dan Rolfe picked up 2 trys 1 in each half.
There was a try a piece for Alex Trivino, Darren Brodrick, Scott Aspinall, Ash Hill and finally the opening try by Rob Mathews
Throughout the game Phil Powell picked up the convection on half the tries scored.
One of the most significant flavours of the game was the resilience of the Slough team, coaching staff and spectators, the players continued to tackle and chase Milton Keynes, through the whole of the afternoon, and they are to be admired for their commitment
Next week Milton Keynes are back to earth with the next league game at Tadley, a game that Milton Keynes should win, but beware that over confidence can create a slip up.
